What is included in the price for an indoor sleepover?

Each camper has their own individual hand-crafted tent, with a comfortable camping mattress & waterproof mattress protector and freshly laundered sheet. Themed accessories including cushions and blankets, breakfast tray tables, battery operated fairy lights, garlands, lanterns, LED tea-light candles and personalised chalk name boards are enjoyed by each camper, with each booking.

Our group packages also include a 4ft dressed candy table with candy jar accessories (candy may be included as an optional extra

The room is set up as per our agreed time and then we return the following day to pack everything away.

Free delivery and collection with full set up and take down is included in every package. 

What is the recommended Age for a Teepee party?

The recommended age is between 6 & 14 years of age. We do not organise parties for children under the age of 6.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR A SLEEPOVER DREAMS SLUMBER PARTY?

Each setup is approximately 75″ long x 40″ wide. We can arrange the tents in many configurations to make them fit together in most any space. All tents are set up indoors, and all we ask you to do is ensure you have your chosen glamping area cleared of any furniture in time for set up!

When do you set up / take down and how long does it take?

We typically set up the party in the afternoon and collect the very next day usually before midday. However we will be in contact throughout the entire process and can be flexible to some extent to make sure we have a plan that works for everyone. On average our parties take around 1 hour to set up but varies depending on number of sleeping stations.

Do we need to clean the equipment after use?

No, we collect all equipment after use and have the blankets and sheets professionally cleaned by ‘Fluff N Fold’ Camana Bay. We steam clean and hygienically clean all mattresses, tent coverings and accessories after each party, so everything is sparkling clean for the next event. Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us and we take it very seriously. 

ARE SLEEPING PILLOWS PROVIDED?

For hygienic reasons, we do not provide sleeping pillows. We recommend advising parents to have their child bring their own pillows. We do provide decorative pillows for styling.

How do I reserve my date and book a party?

When do we pay a deposit and remaining balance?

Payments can be transferred online (Butterfield Bank) or paid in cash, with an initial booking deposit of $50 CI. We request full payment to be settled 14 days prior to the secured party date.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the unfortunate event of cancellation within 14 days of secured date, the full deposit is non-refundable.

What additional policies and terms should I be aware of?

Once your booking has been confirmed and your deposit has been paid, we will send you the Equipment Rental Agreement, along with itemised costing for each piece of equipment, so you are aware of the replacement cost should any damage occur during the rental period.
